It Is Supposed To Be A On A Deck Which Will Be About 6 Inches Off The Ground.
The Deck Maybe Made Out Of Bricks With Custom Inscriptions Donors Buy.
2 Sides Of The Deck Will Be A Low Fence About 3 Feet Tall, Covered With Roses
There Will Be A Small 2 Person Bench
The Sculpture Will Be On A Stone Pedestal
A 2'x2' Plaque Will Be Mounted On The Base Of The Pedastal Facing The Bench
The Solar Powered Video Kiosk Will Be Built Into The Base Around The Plaque & Face The Bench.
The Small Solar Cell Will Be Built Into The Infrastructure Securely From Vandals
There Is Water Available & A Drip System Installed. Roses Take Just A Few Gallons A Day.
All Wood Will Be Of The Type Made From Recycled Plastic For Long Life & Be Green.
All Electronics Will Be Made In Duplicate For Replacement Parts
The Structure Wull Be Made So That None Of It Is Enclosed & Open To View From The Street
